Welcome to my blog. I started the blog because I have plenty of time on hand and I am also very passionate about investing especially in Singapore equity. This is a blog to share how an ordinary working person can get just a bit ahead in life with proper well researched and  articulated investment. There are no quick bucks here. Just hardwork and grits. I have no incentive how well you do with your investment or how poorly you did but one golden rule I always remember. One can only be true with your own money and no one owe me a living on this earth. Be that Captain of your financial ship. 

Why Singapore? Many of my friends had given up on our stock market but I truly believe there are plenty of merits of buying local. I have make my bucks with primarily local companies without going into option,overseas company, no leverage, no cfd, no currency adventure, no financial shenanigans and no Tesla. Merits are as below.

1.) Home ground advantage 

2.) No currency risk if you are a local investor invest in Singapore dollar

3.) Faster news flow

4.) Better disclosure (some may disagree)

5.) my reason “if you can’t trust a singaporean running a singaporean company,you trust no one in the world to run a company for you”
