Astrea VI lone wolf report (IPO)

Summary

I am not too sure why I am writing this. The bond is neither attractive nor unattractive. It gives a yield of 3 percent. There is probably some lunch money to be made for IPO stag(sell on first min after IPO)my guesstimation 50-100 bucks after brokerage fee for people applying below 50k. My guess it might trade around 1.02-1.03 at first bell.

I wouldn’t bore you on the detail of the bond. Risk associated to bond needed to be considered if one is buying it for long term.

I might just apply and stag the IPO for some lunch money to have Ramen.

People applying below 50k will get a guaranteed allocation base on the prospectus.

IPO application closed on 16th March 12 noon and trading will start on 19th March.

Warning

A rising interest rate environment may cause the bond to go below par value.

IPO rating

How many wolves? Probably 3 wolves due to yield hungry savers jumping onto the IPO
