Wolf Money(Boustead Singapore sold)
I have decided to sell my small situational play in Boustead Singapore. One of the main reasons was the rising yield of 10 years UST. Some Fed officials are warning the resurgence of inflation and Dec rate cuts might be the last in the near future. With both higher financing costs and risk free rates making any asset sales more challenging, unless the asset owners are willing to drop their prices. Secondly, the JB-SG SEZ will have negative implications on industrial landlords in Singapore. The market in recent days has turned negative. I am taking insurance by selling shares and raising cash. The Boustead sale resulted in a small loss of less than 1%. More information at the end of the month portfolio update. God Bless.
