Wolf Money(Singapore Savings Bond Jan 2023 issue review)

The yield for Jan 2023 issue SSB is comparable to last month issue. There is a slight dip in average yield due to falling 10 years government bond yield. The first 3 years is characterised by flat yield curve with holders getting 2.95%. The average yield for the issue is 3.26% which I think is decent yield for a long term risk free instrument although it doesn’t cover the full spectrum of the current high inflation. The allocation for this coming SSB is likely to be similar to last month 14k. There is a slight step down in amount from last month 1B to 900m. Closing date for application is on the 27th of Dec 9pm. Good luck to all 🤞
